Qatar 2022: Black Stars have quality to beat any team in Group H – Otto Addo

Ghana head coach, Otto Addo, believes the Black Stars have the quality to beat any team in Group H at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The Black Stars have drawn old foes, Uruguay and Portugal, and South Korea in a tough group that will require a lot of hard work to reach the round of 16.

Though many Ghanaians are not confident of Ghana’s chances of getting out of the group, Otto Addo reveals the Black Stars are capable of anything.

“Everything is possible. As I’ve said, we have three strong opponents in our group. If we don’t perform as we need to, or if we’re not able to implement our tactics then it’ll be very difficult,” told fifa.com.

“Especially because Portugal, Uruguay and Korea Republic are very strong opponents with qualities on and off the pitch.

“It will be difficult to compete with them, but, as I’ve said, we have the quality to beat them. If we progress from the group, anything is possible.”

Ghana will kick off their group campaign against Portugal on November 24 before coming up against South Korea four days later and Uruguay on December 2.
