Bongo Ideas reacts to Black Stars Wearing Fugu, says it doesn’t represent Ghana
Bongo Ideas questioned why Ghana Black Stars wore Fugu to Qatar instead of Kente.
The Ghana Black Stars team landed in Qatar today in grand style as they don Fugu, the traditional wear of most tribes in Northern Ghana.
As Ghanaians are celebrating the team for projecting the culture of the nation, Bongo Ideas thinks they got it wrong.
The controversial tweep says the team should’ve donned Kente if they truly wanted to project the culture of Ghana.
According to Bongo Ideas if you want to project the culture of Ghana, you put on Kente and not fugu.
He added that fugu is not a multi-culture attire and does not represent Ghana unlike Kente which is widely accepted.
