Ghana ranked second-best African with best passing accuracy at World Cup 2022

The Black Stars of Ghana have been ranked second-best African country with the best passing at the just-ended 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

This was the forth time Ghana has been to the World and was ranked the lowest ahead of the tournament with the youngest squad.

The black stars secured only a single win in their group H games against South Korea and lost the two remaining games by 2-3 against Portugal and 0-2 against Uruguay to exit the just ended World Cup.

Despite their early exit of the Mundial, Ghana have emerged as the second-best team with the best passing accuracy with 1139 passes which amount to 80.2%.

Morocco, who became the first African country to play in the semifinals of the tournament had 2649 passes which also amounts to 80.7%.

Senegal, who played in the last 16 had 1522 passes. Cameroon and Tunisia who also exited at the group phase 1133 passes and 1183 respectively.
