Education Ministry Releases New Curriculum For SHS Students, Some Subjects Cancelled (Read More)

The Ministry of Education has made an announcement on the newly introduced curriculum for senior high school students amidst the 2023-2024 academic year.

According to this recent development, science students will not be studying the Integrated Science anymore as they will be pushing all their focus on their three major elective subjects which includes Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The Minister of Education, Dr. Osei Yaw Adutwum said this new adjustment will have no room for Integrated Science as a core subject and in light of this, changes are expected to take effect from 2024.

Furthermore, the MP for the Bosomtwe constituency stated that engagement with stakeholders in the educational sector is still underway and this is to ensure the whole process is successful.
