Just In: Family Sues 37 Military Hospital, Demands Huge Amount For Damages, this is what happened

The family of a 48-year-old man who lost his life at the 37 Military Hospital has sued the health facility, together with the Chief of Defense Staff and the government as well as a Doctor working for the hospital.

In relation to the legal suit filed against the hospital, the family is contending that the demise of their beloved, an old man who goes by the name Mr. Samuel Asare Kumah was as a result of a breach of contract and negligence on the part of the health facility and a doctor named Col. Dr. Gao Appiah.

According to the family of the deceased, the hospital failed to act with due diligence after wrongly inserting Solomon’s breathing tube under his skin thereby preventing oxygen from circulating to some parts of his organ causing his untimely death.

In addition the charges levelled against the health facility, they are demanding for a whopping Ghc2 million to serve as damages for negligence on the part of the hospital resulting in the anticipated demise of their beloved.
