Management of the National Service Scheme is hereby urging all National Service Personnel to download their monthly evaluation forms for endorsements to be made so they can be paid.

For personnel who are finding it difficult to download and process their evaluation forms, below is a step-by-step approach.

Step 1 – Login To Your NSS Dashboard

Step 2 – Enter Your Login Details i.e your email address and password used during registration.

Step 3 – Confirm details if correct or request for correction if your details are incorrect.

Step 4 – Click on Print for all three monthly evaluation forms to print all monthly evaluation forms needed.

Step 5 – Send the printed evaluation forms to your immediate supervisor or Head of Department for endorsement.

Step 6 – Send the complete and endorsed form to your district NSS office to enable payment processing.
