List Of Services That Have Seen An Upward Adjustment In The Month Of February

Amidst the economic hardships emanating from the after effects of the corona virus pandemic, numerous Ghanaians have witnessed an upward in prices of a high number of commodities sold on the market.

In line with these adjustments, there are some services that have recently witnessed a sudden upward adjustment owing to increase in transport fares among others.

In today’s article, we will be taking a look at some of these services.

Electricity

Currently, electricity tariffs have gone up by 29.96 % after shooting up by 30% just six months ago.

Water

Similarly, water tariffs have seen an upward adjustment of 8.3%, an adjustment which happens to be second in six months.

Petrol

The price of Petrol is also expected to rise between five to eight percent depending on the online marketing company.

In light of this fact, petrol will be selling at Ghc15 per liter in February which happens to be an upward adjustment an initial price of Ghc 13.58.

Diesel

Also, Diesel will witness an upward shift of five to eight percent increase in February.

Diesel which was initially sold at Ghc15.36 will now be selling at Ghc17.
