Information gathered by ghlatest.net indicates the unforeseen earthquake which happened during the early stages of the day hit hard in Kahramanmaras where Christian Atsu’s football club, Hatayaspor is located.

At the moment, two players and members of the technical staff of the Hatayaspor football club have been pulled out of the rubble in a dramatic rescue operation masterminded the search-and-rescue at the location of the disaster.

Nevertheless, efforts remain ongoing to find Ghanaian winger, Christian Atsu and Hatayaspor sporting director, Savut as soon as possible.

Furthermore, Christian Atsu isn’t the only footballer trapped under the rubbles after the tragic incident.

The likes of goalkeeper Ahmet Eyup and Yeni Malatyaspor happen to be some of the most acknowledged footballers who are trapped under the rubbles together with Atsu and his teammates.
