A Cameroonian midfielder identified as Kevin Olivier Soni has shared his ordeal having to escape the narrow death experience she would have encountered during the recent earthquake that hit parts of Turkey and Syria.

In a recent interview monitored by ghlatest.net, the midfielder of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon detailed the disastrous earth tremor which hit his club’s home city.

Sharing his experience, Soni made it clear he saw people die right next to him when the earthquake occurred and the trauma is something he is still working on to forget.

According to him, he wanted to jump out of the window when he realized things had gotten worse but upon the realization he could injure his feet and become ineligible to play football again, he changed his mind and raced down the stairs.
