The spokesperson and head of communications for the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Mr. Henry Asante Twum has stated that he has no idea when the FA will come out with a new coach.

However, he believes it will be sooner than expected because the team is doing a lot behind close doors to ensure a substantive sportsman is chosen in no time.

Adding to this, he said he is aware the GFA has received lots of applications from sportsmen who are eager to manage the Black Stars team but none has been selected as we speak.

Furthermore, he encouraged the public to disregard any news about who has been chosen by the FA because he in particular cannot tell who has chosen for the job yet.
