Not long ago, calls for the appointment of a new Black Stars coach intensified with most Ghanaians demanding for either Chris Houghton or Herve Renard to chosen as the next coach of the senior national team of Ghana.

After the long wait and anticipation, Chris Houghton was eventually selected as the new Black Stars coach and as it stands, he appears to be the one who will be taking Ghana to its next AFCON tournament.
