As first year SHS entrants who sat for the 2022 Basic Education Certificate Examination prepare to get themselves enrolled in the various senior high schools in the country, it is advisable that students take note of some relevant documents demanded upon enrollment.

In today’s article, we will be taking a look at some essential documents requested for the admission process of newly admitted SHS students.

The first document is the placement form, otherwise known as the enrollment form.

This form must be filled completely with details of the student with endorsement of headmaster of the previous JHS attended by the student or the Head Pastor of the entrant.

Divergent to the endorsement made by the Headteacher of the entrant, the name of the SHS/TVET Headteacher must be left unfilled.

The second and last document demanded is the BECE results or JHS certificate.

This result should constitute a passport size picture of the student in question. In addition to this, the student should have in mind some relevant information like the digital address of his or her residence, his place of birth, essential information about his parents or guardians as well as his or her medical condition.
