Just In: Another African Country Approves LGBTQ+ Quest, Details Drop

Information gathered by ghlatest.net indicates the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the Lêsbi@n, G@y, B!s£u@l, Tr@n$g£nder and qu€€r personalities in line with their quest to officially register as a non-governmental organization (NGO).

In a verdict delivered by a five-judge bench, the court crìtìcised the coordination board of the NGO for refusal to register four names for an LGBT organization on the basis that same-s€x marriage is outlawed in Kenya.

The ruling indicated that it will be unlawful to limit the right to associate through the denial of the registration of an association purely on the basis of s€xu@l or!ent@tion of the applicants.
