Meaning attached to Christian Atsu’s numerous body tattoos has finally been revealed as a video circulating on social media shows the player taking time to explain its each and every one of them.

In the video, the 31- year-old deceased player made it clear the inspiration behind the tattoo of two hands on his left leg depicts the importance of prayer.

Furthermore, he stated that the rationale behind the tattoo on his chest is specifically motivated by his mother who died sometime ago.

Adding to this, he stated emphatically that the tattoo on his left arm was designed with no meaning attached to it while the one on his right arm depicts an Egyptian shield.
