BTU Student Develops Refillable Spray Cans Using Discarded Water Bottles

A level 300 student of the Bolgatanga Technical University has manufactured refillable spray cans using discarded water bottles.

These newly invented spray cans involved the use of sketchpads, bottles, rim lock, hole pipes, paint and binding wire to construct spray cans that are refillable and less costly with utmost durability.

While making a public presentation on this newly manufactured spray can to students and staff of the university, Mr. Ayurebome stated that discarded water had the capacity to hold much air and have a high level of durability as compared to the traditional air cans.

According to Mr. Ayurebome, the motive behind this invention is to create a refillable spray can that has its own compressor and this is due to the fact that most spray cans are not refillable.
