Information gathered by ghlatest.net indicates six unhappy pastors of the Divine Healer’s Church have taken filed a lawsuit against the General Overseer as well as four other principal officers of the church over their conscious effort not to retire after attaining their retirement age.

Per a lawsuit filed at the Accra High Court, the Pastors are demanding that the court compels the church leadership to retire as their refusal to vacate their positions tantamounts to a breach on the church’s constitution.

According to reports gathered by ghlatest.net, the suit was filed against the General Overseer of the church, a man of God who goes by the name Apostle Isaac Kwabena Adade as well as four deputy officers.

The plaintiffs argue that the officials sued have attained the age of 65, which happens to be the retirement age for the church according to its constitution but they have refused to retire as the law demands.

Surprisingly, it has been stated that the General Overseer has come up with an excuse that the Holy Spirit has revealed to him that he and his team should remain office.
