Nigerian music icon, Davido has finally come to state that he and his better half, Chioma, decided to tie the knot after losing their son, Ifeanyi, so they could stay strong for each other as a family.

The talented Afrobeats singer said he went through a lot of difficult time in the last few months and he needed to be strong for his wife, Chioma, not just as her lover, but as her life partner so they could confront their dark moments together.

He said now that they have been able to overcome their predicaments and crossed the river, he thinks the time has come for him to show the world he is really ready to take over the music scene once again with the release of his upcoming album titled “Timeless”.

According to Davido, before settling on the final version of his yet to be released “Timeless album”, the music compilation had to go through at least three different phases.
