A former Chelsea footballer named Izzy Brown has announced his premature retirement from professional football at the age of 26 as a result of injury situations.

Izzy Brown was a Chelsea player until 2021 when he left the English club for Preston North End but he was never involved in any game for the Lancashire side after he suffered a raptured Achilles in pre-season which eventually led to the ultimate end of his career.

According to Izzy Brown, he never thought a day like this will come.

In a recent post shared by footballer, he made it clear that it’s with great sadness and a heavy heart that after a long year of struggling from two Achilles tendon surgeries, he now has to retire from professional football.
