CAF Reveals Date For U-23 African Cup Of Nations Kick-off

Information gathered by ghlatest indicates the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has finally set the date for Morroco to host the U-23 African Nations Cup tournament.

In the final stages of the qualification round, Nigeria’s Olympic Eagles were thrashed by 2 goals to nil on Aggregate by Guinea’s Junior Syli National.

Qualified teams for the upcoming AfCON tournament include host, Morocco, Ghana, Guinea, just to mention a few.

The aforementioned teams among the others that will be participating in the tournament have already began with preparations for the competition, which will take place from June 24 to July 8, 2023.

The upcoming tournament will also serve as a qualifier for the men’s football event at the Olympic games in Paris next year.
