Twitter Removes Legacy Verification Tick Of Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, Others

Information gathered by ghlatest.net indicates Twitter has removed the legacy verification of over 4,000 notable persons across the globe.

In line with Elon Musk’s $44 billion takeover, the platform witnessed drastic changes geared towards boosting its revenue.

To this end, the microblogging company said Twitter is an opt-in, paid subscription that includes a blue checkmark to one’s account offering it early access to special features while using the app.

The features may include ‘Edit Tweet’, Subscribe now with local pricing starting at $8 per month or 84$ per year in available countries so as to get the blue checkmark and early access to the aforementioned features.
