EPL: I Can’t Stop Him – Guardiola Reveals Man City Player That Might Leave

Current manager of the Manchester City football club, Pep Guardiola has stated that he will be powerless over Ilkay Gundogan leaving the club this summer.

Gundogan was made skipper of the English Premier League club this season, following Fernandinho’s exit but he could also depart from Etihad at the end of the season.

The 32-year-old’s current deal expires in June and according to reports, he is believed be in talks with Spanish League giants, Barcelona.

Speaking about Gundogan who happens to be Guardiola’s first City signing seven years ago’, the Man City manager made it clear that though he is married, he loves and adores the player.

According to Pep, Gundogan is such an important player who leads with silence yet when he speaks everybody listens.

Judging from the records, Gundogan has won the Premier League on four different occasions and lifted the Carabao Cup as well as the FA Cup on a similar number of occasions.
