I Recommended Mo Sala To Play In Europe – Samuel Inkoom



Former Black Stars midfielder, Samuel Inkoom has revealed the active role he played in the transfer of Liverpool attacker, Mohammed Salah to Europe for his first professional stint with Swiss club, FC Basel.

The Liverpool talisman who is also skipper of Egyptian national team played for FC Basel between 2012 and 2014, making 47 appearances and scoring 9 goals.

Speaking on Peace 104.3 FM, Inkoom how he conveyed a message from his Sporting Director to the Egyptian forward after seeing him in training against the Black Stars of Ghana.

According to him, his Sporting Director at that time asked him to speak Mohammed Salah on his behalf after spotting the Egyptian attacker’s speed while they were training against the Black Stars.
