I Didn’t Go Into Acting Because Of Money – Ekow Smith Asante

Ghanaian actor and movie producer, Ekow Smith Asante has revealed he didn’t venture into acting to amass wealth for himself.

According to him, he ventured into acting he had a passion for acting so when he was offered the chance to act with legends in the film industry, he saw it as a dream come true.

Ekow Smith also noted that, though he wasn’t paid a wholesome amount of money for the roles he took in the movies he starred in back then, he was perturbed because he had the passion for what he was doing.

He stated that he wasn’t part of the generation that entered the movie industry for the money.

However, he decided to act because he had passion and till date it happens to be his driving force for taking the decision to become a full-time actor.
