Place Me On The Same Level With Olamide, Wizkid – Iyanya

Nigerian Afropop star, Iyanya Onoyom, popularly known Iyanya has declared that he is in the same bracket with the likes of industry heavyweights Wizkid, Olamide and Davido.

In a recent Tweet shared by the “Your Waist” hitmaker, he argued that he deserves to be placed on the same level with the aforementioned Afrobeats singers.

This recent disclosure was a response to a fan who tweeted with indications he feels Iyanya’s name should be mentioned whenever the topic about “old cats’ in the Nigerian music industry pops up.

Iyanya became a national treasure after two of his hit songs namely “Kukere” and “Your Waist” became a continental hit song in 2011.
