Nhyiraba Kojo Frees 12 Prisoners From Sekondi Central Prisons

Ghanaian hiplife musician, Nhyiraba Kojo has released twelve prisoners from the Sekondi Central Prison on Thursday, June 15, 2023.

This comes after the musician made a promise upon his release from the Sekondi Central Prison last month after he was charged by a Sekondi Takoradi court with contempt.

Speaking in a recent interview with Skyy News, Nhyiraba Kojo indicated that his time in prison was an eye opener and the condition of prisoners was an eyesore hence his decision to embark on this project.

He reiterated that, he promised to release some of them after his release and decided to fulfill his promise accordingly.

According to Nhyiraba, most of them had minor fines to pay for their crimes and he took the decision to pay these fines in order to get them out of the prison after spending a short period with them a few weeks ago.
