I Have Been Disrespected For Long, I’m Now At Peace – Asamoah Gyan



Former Black Stars skipper, Asamoah Gyan has stated that he is now at peace after being disrespected for years.

In a recent disclosure made by the former Legon Cities attacker, he stated that he never believed Ghanaians will celebrate him until he was eulogized on the floor at Parliament last week.

The 37-year-old footballer announced his retirement from active football last week, after two decades of illustrious football career.

Following the announcement of his retirement, Members of Parliament took turns to honor Ghana’s all-time top scorer and in response to this act of honor, the player has stated that his heart is finally at peace.
