Malouda Explains Why Chelsea Is Selling Top Stars To Rival Clubs

Former Chelsea player Florent Malouda has publicly expressed his opinion on why top players of his former football club are leaving this summer.

The former French international said the club is selling ‘better’ players to rival clubs because these players have no believe in the vision and project under Todd Boehly.

Jorginho left the club to Arsenal in January, while Mateo Kovacic just joined English Premier League giants Manchester City.

Meanwhile, Kai Havertz is set to sign q contractfor the north London side in the coming months.

The Blues are having a clearance sale this summer as they aim at complying with Financial Fair Play (FFP) and avoiding sanctions from football authorities.

N’Golo Kante and Kalidou Koulibaly have already parted ways with the club for Saudi Pro League clubs, and reports indicate there are more are to follow.

Similarly, Manchester United are pressing on to sign Mason Mount, while Hakim Ziyech is also expected to leave the club in no time.
