‘Ghana Football Is In Dangerous Times’ – Agyemang Badu

Former Black stars midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu is unhappy about the current state of Ghana football following the poor performance by the various national teams in recent tournaments.

The ex-Udinese Calcio footballer says Ghana football is in a dangerous times and if care is not taken, in a couple of years to come, Ghana may find it difficult to qualify for major football competitions.

Badu was the final penalty taker for Ghana’s Black Starlets at the 2009 FIFA U-20 world cup final against Brazil where Ghana emerged winners of the competition, winning the world cup for the African continent for the first time in history.

The former Black Stars player played at the 2010 and 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals as the Ghanaian team lost on both occasions to their Egyptian and Ivorian counterparts respectively.
