Toni Kroos Finally Opens Up On Retirement Plans



Real Madrid and German starplayer, Toni Kroos has admitted he wants to retire at a considerably high level and doesn’t want to see his career die out from the bench.
The German midfielder, who recently turned 33 prior to his recent contract signing at Real Madrid which took him into his tenth season at the Santiago Bernabeu clearly appears to be entering the twilight of his football career.
Speaking to RTL in an exclusive interview, Toni Kroos remained insistent that, he is confident in his capabilities but acknowledged his greatest fear of seeing his body begin to fail him before he decides to official quit international football.
He confessed that there are one or two negative examples of players who simply couldn’t leave football and were no longer the player people honestly had in mind, and that is one thing he doesn’t want that to happen to him.
Toni Kroos, who further revealed he does not want to end his career as a substitute reiterated that he has the feeling that this season has really gone well for him as the last nine in Madrid.
According to Toni Kroos, he still enjoys football and is hungry for titles.
Toni Kroos has been a football star of the Spanish La Liga giants over the past few decades alongside veteran teammate Luka Modric but Los Blancos have made constant efforts to reignite in that aspect of the pitch in recently.
