Black Sheriff Motivated Me To Return To The Music Industry – OV

Ghanaian female dancehall artist, Barbara Naa Okailey Nyarko, popularly known as OV, has publicly expressed her admiration for Black Sherif adding that the musician is a source of motivation for her.

In a recent interview with Giovanni Caleb on Showbiz 360, the winner of Season 7 of MTN Hitmaker heaped praises on Black Sheriff, who was declared this year’s VGMA Artiste of the Year for his remarkable achievements in the Ghanaian music industry.

According to OV, Black Sheriff has motivated her and he is one of the people who made her feel like she should slow down and just keep going irrespective of what she is facing as a female artist.
In a previous interview on 3FM Drive with Giovanni Caleb, the “Want Me” crooner revealed that her sudden exit from Stonebwoy’s record label had caused her to experience depression and mental instability, resulting in an extended absence from the Ghanaian music scene.
