Ghanaians Don’t Care About My Mental Health, They Just Keep Asking When I’m Going To School – Yaw Tog Fumes



Young and talented Ghanaian rapper, Yaw Tog has stated that Ghanaians are only concerned about when he will kickstart his tertiary education rather than his mental well-being.
Cookie Tee on TV3’s New Day questioned the 20-year-old hip-hop musician on when he plans on going back to school.
Born Thorsten Owusu, the drill rapper replied saying everywhere he goes, he is always asked when he is going to school. However, people don’t even care about his health.
He reiterated that asking about how he is doing has suddenly turned into questioning him on when he is going to school.
The “Sore” hitmaker told Cookie Tee that Ghanaians are unconcerned about his how he is faring or his mental health.
Speaking about his mental well-being, he revealed that he has been depressed for a while.
However, his team and management have aided him in overcoming depression. He blamed the depression on overthinking and being too young.
The 20-year-old rapper said he’s been on the low working on his upcoming album dubbed ‘Young and matured’ and trying a lot to eliminate stress out of his life.
The talented rapper and singee said he has now developed thick skin since he started doing music professionally due to lessons learnt from the industry and the criticisms he has received so far.
