Mauricio Pochetinno Names 3 Clubs Chelsea Should Follow In Order To Succeed

Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino has remained insistent on targeting immediate success at the London club, but emphasized that he needs a little more time to build a base he can work from.

The West London club are entering their second full season under the ownership of Todd Boehly and BlueCo, gradually heading into the new campaign off the back of a completely catastrophic one.
The West London club has cycled its way through four managers and finished a lowly 12th which happens to be their worst return since the 1993/94 season.
They have turned to former Tottenham Hotspur manager Pochettino to help dig them out of such a mess. The Argentine is currently unbeaten in his five pre-season matches in charge.
Speaking to the Evening Standard at the conclusion of their tour of the United States, the Chelsea manager stressed that Chelsea should consider following the examples of top-rated clubs like Liverpool, Man City and Real Madrid in formulating long-term plans for success.
Pochettino, however, did acknowledge that Chelsea must be poised to succeed immediately and he cannot simply ask for more time to deliver.
The blues kick off their Premier League season at home against Liverpool on Sunday 13 August, 2023.
