Will Smith Reveals Sad Truth About His Family

Widely revered Oscar winner, Will Smith gained success after he got the opportunity to take up the leading role in NBC’s “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” which he starred in from 1990 until 1996.

The popular American actor recently stated that nobody in his family was happy after his family was propelled to global limelight in 2010.

Decades after that amazing feat, his two children Jaden, 25, and Willow, 22, whom he shares with wife Jada Pinkett Smith, followed in his and Jada’s footsteps to rise to prominence in the entertainment industry.

Appearing on the season three finale of Kevin Hart’s Peacock TV show “Hart to Heart,” the “Men In Black” actor disclosed that the year 2010 was his greatest year as an artist and a parent.

Despite the recognizable success his family had achieved that particular year, the award-winning actor admitted that nobody in his family was happy about the achievements they made.

He reiterated that no one wanted to be in a platoon. According to him, his daughter, Willow was the first one to begin the mutiny and it was his first realization that success and money doesn’t mean happiness.

Will Smith said up until that point, he really believed that he could succeed his way to a house and a family and suddenly win his way to happiness.
