Backbiting, Lack Of Support, Unnecessary Talk And Politics – Sista Afia On Why Female Artists Are Not Successful

According to super talented Ghanaian female singer Sista Afia, women who have made it in various fields are not open to offering help to other women so they can also climb the success ladder.

Explaining further, she explained that in her opinion, they as women face a lot of obstacles in their career and corporate environments, pointing out that the achievement of hard fought success as well as their attitude towards other women is one thing she thinks has contributed to their inability to make massive progress as a gender.

She went on to state that it shouldn’t always be about who is sleeping with the other or who is being sponsored by who.
