60% Of MenzGold Customers Ineligible For Payment After Validation Process – NAM1

The Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of defunct Menzgold Ghana Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly known as NAM1 has revealed that over 60% of customers are ineligible for payment after the validation process.

NAM 1 as he is popularly referred to, said the claims submitted by these affected customers of MenzGold Ghana Limited were fraught with numerous flaws.

He, however, made it clear that clients that fall within this 60 percent category but have legitimate concerns should go ahead and verify their gold trading transaction status.

To ensure proper facilitation of the verification process and at the same time adhere to data protection, Menzgold, noted that its established digital platform has been made accessible to all clients.

In their quest of making data protection their topmost priority, Menzgold Ghana Limited has introduced an online verification process to settle customers their due.
