Most Radio Presenters Are Living Fake Lives – Shatta Wale

Ghanaian dancehall music crooner, Shatta Wale, has strongly chatised radio hosts and entertainment experts who criticize music in the music world.

According to Shatta, many radio hosts are not really qualified to judge other musicians and hence they should shift their attention to more positive things.
The “My Level” hitmaker used his Instagram Live to share his opinion on the issue about the Ghanaian music industry.
While sharing his view, he said that most radio hosts and people in entertainment circle don’t really understand money related issues well enough to criticize him.

“A lot of the hosts you see are pretending to be rich, but behind the scenes, things are tough for them. They’re struggling. They shouldn’t think they can tell me how to live my life. I have a lot of money… They don’t have good plans for Ghana’s music industry. That’s why they sit on TV and radio and make fools of themselves” he said.

The submission made by Shatta came after a recent debate with an entertainment critic named Ola Michael.
Ola Michael had stated that Shatta Wale shouldn’t be given a diplomatic passport, which is a special kind of passport, even though a former French ambassador suggested that some top musicians in Ghana should get one.
Basically, the rationale behind advocating for some musicians to be given diplomatic passports was to help the country’s culture, arts, and the Ghanaian entertainment industry.
