Outspoken and self-acclaimed Ghanaian dancehall King, Shatta Wale has faced a massive criticism after he expressed his admiration for Nigerian music star, Asake for successfully filling the 02 Arena.

Ahmed Oloade, widely known as Asake, on Sunday night made history as he became the first Nigerian newbie to sell out the 20,000-capacity O2 Arena in London, United Kingdom.

The Mr. Money hitmaker made a grand entrance as he arrived on stage in a helicopter amidst wild cheers from fans present at the O2 Arena.

The rapper and songwriter performed a medley of songs from his debut album, ‘Mr Money With The Vibe’ and his sophomore project, ‘Work Of Art.’

He also brought on board his YBNL record label mate, Fireboy DML, Lil Kesh and a wide range of hosts of other musicians.

Asake now joins Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy on the dignified list of Nigerian musicians who have sold out the O2 Arena.

In reaction to this, Shatta Wale Tweeted ”Nigerians are making Ghana music look like feeding bottle compared to henessy bottle 😂🤣. Congrats to asake meeenn!!!”

“You guys deh run tooo fast …Fuck 🤣🤣🤣

PS : Some Ghana man say how do they do it ..

Me: when you stop judging people here like you are angels ,I think we can get the formula😂😂

Naija is winning BIG TIME !!! My people”

In line with this particular comment made by the musician, fans have lashed him for being hypocritical about his sentiments, advising him to focus on dwindling career rather out of mere hypocrisy.
