I Was Not Fired By GroundUpChale – Quamina MP Clarifies

Super talented Ghanaian musician, Quamina MP has stated that his exit from the famous music label, GroundUpChale, was consensual.

In a recent interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, the Amanfour Girls hitmaker reiterated that he wasn’t sacked from the record label as rumoured by numerous Ghanaian music lovers.

According to Quamina MP, he and his other label mates Kwesi Arthur, Kofi Mole, and Twitch4eva took a collective decision to leave after spending a few years under the label.

“I wasn’t fired by GroundUpChale. Nobody was fired. We all felt it was time to leave so we left,” he said.

According to Tema-based singer, with support from GroundUpChale, he was able to release tunes such as his monster hit Wiase Yɛ Dɛ, Party, and Amanfour Girls.

Adding to this, he disclosed that the record label shot videos for him and helped him with a few other services he needed as a budding artiste to get his music out there.
