Baba Rahman Set To Make Black Stars Return As They Face Central African Republic For Final AfCON Qualification Clash

Published

As the Black Stars of Ghana prepare to face a determined Central African Republic side, Coach Chris Houghton will be looking forward to sealing his AfCON qualification deal with a win or draw.

Though the Ghana national team will be experiencing a massive hit with the exclusion of top-class players like Majeed Ashimeru, Daniel Kofi Kyereh and Mohammed Salisu, there will be a number of beneficial inclusions as some equally talented attackers make their return to turn to things around for the team, in order to propel their AfCON qualification progress.

On a more positive note, former Chelsea defender, Baba Rahman and Bournemouth attacker, Antoine Semenyo are set to return after missing the previous AfCON qualification match against Madagascar due to injury situations.

The Black Stars of Ghana will automatically qualify for the 2023 AfCON tournament once they manage to beat their Central African Republic counterparts by any goal margin.
