“I Spend Ghc150,000 Monthly – Guru On Cost Of Living

Iconic Ghanaian highlife artiste, Guru has given his fans details on his cost of living in a recent interview that has stirred mixed reactions.

The super talented Ghanaian rapper, who now doubles as a real estate mogul, revealed that he spends at most GH¢150,000 on a monthly basis, and for a comfortable living, he budgets at least GH¢10,000 daily.

Guru further revealed that a substantial portion of his monthly expenditure is pumped into his education.

The talented rapper is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Information Studies at the University of Ghana, Legon.

In addition to his educational expenditure, Guru stated that he has financial commitments to others, some of which include supporting family members, friends and business associates.

He reiterated that, another significant portion of his expenditure is allocated to daily living costs, including food, tips, giveaway for fans and his overall security.

Per transportation, Guru disclosed that he spends an appreciable amount of about GH¢1,5000 for fuel spent three days as a result of his busy schedule and daily routine rounds.

One recognizable aspect of the musician’s financial commitments is his real estate development business, an investment he describes as a lucrative venture.

According to Guru, real estate investments can be capital-intensive but the truth is that, it offers long-term financial benefits.
