Kotoko Jerseys Are Too Big, They Should Do Alteration – PKay Suggests

Kumasi-based football club, Asante Kotoko played their first game of the season on two days ago, and inferring from what they wore for the match, it was the first time the Ghana Premier League club played in the jersey of their new kit sponsors, The Hope Brand (THB).

After the recent game, Kumasi FM’s Richmond ‘PKay’ Opoku Afriyie shared his view on his displeasure over the size of the team’s jerseys.

In a recent disclosure on the radio station’s Country Sports show, he indicated that the team’s jerseys are nice but they are too big, hence, the one who brought it should send it to someone for an alteration to be done on the clothes.

Mr. Richmond Opoku Afriyie, otherwise known as PKay explained that the size of the jerseys worn by the players can affect their movement on the pitch.

Adding to this, he questioned why the players were given fitting clothes to wear to the stadium prior to the match but switched to wear an oversized jersey to play the actual game.

Pkay expressed his admiration for the jacket the Kotoko players wore to the stadium and compared their appearance to the famous English football club, Liverpool.
