36-year-old Argentinian attacker, Lionel Messi has finally revealed that he wants to ‘teach’ once he retires.

The Inter Miami starplayer made a move to the American giants at the beginning of the summer and has since taken the MLS league by a storm.

Messi has already netted 11 goals after making 12 appearances for Inter Miami this season.

However, the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner has confessed what he wants to do once he finally takes that bold decision to end his playing career.

The 2022 World Cup hero’s contract with Inter Miami will expire in December 2025, and as part of his retirement plans, the Argentine skipper has hopes of becoming a sport director and venturing into teaching after retirement.

Furthermore, the former Paris Saint-Germain attacker also opened up about spending more time with his three sons Thiago, Mateo and Circo.

“Yes, it’s a job. I’m lucky enough to do a job that I love” Messi responded when asked about football in a recent interview on TV programmeOlga.

“While I have responsibilities and purpose, it’s still something I enjoy doing” he added during the interview.

“What am I going to do next? I do not know. I would like to be a sports director, be with the boys, teach” he further revealed.
